How will I receive my Certificate of Completion?
You will receive your Certificate of Completion within 5-15 business days after you complete the course (Standard Mail - US Postal Service). If you need to receive your Certificate sooner, we offer an express service for an additional fee (FedEx - 2 day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight. All certificates are processed daily at 10AM. You must complete the course before 10AM to have the certificate mailed out that day.
- All certificates are processed the following business day of their completion. Courses must be finished before midnight in order to meet this deadline.
- Certificates are mailed to students via the United States Postal Service.
- Alternate delivery methods are available via DHL. Overnight, 2-3 Day Express, and Saturday Delivery are all available at an additional cost.
- Certificates are only processed and mailed on business days. Certificates will not be processed on weekends and bank holidays.
